- Speyside Sundowners - With a hint
of the colonial days, enjoy a gourmet dinner and fine wine on the
banks of the river Spey as the sun-sets over Scotland's most famous
salmon river.
- Private whisky tastings - Join us on a
journey through the often subtle and sometimes distinctive whisky
styles. Whether you are a novice or connoisseur, we can cater for any
taste.
- The Highlander Picnic - After a days
grouse shooting, relax in the heather with a refreshment whilst your
highland pony arrives over the brow of the moor with your picnic lunch
packed in his pannier baskets..
- Bar-b-que lunch by the trout ponds - If
you are luck enough to catch a fish during your fly fishing lesson, we
will cook it for you there and then. It simply does not get any
fresher than that!
- The Waterloo Dinner - Dine in the
exclusive officers mess room of the Gordon Highlanders. With a
ceremonial piper, champagne reception, tour of the museum and dinner
